The annual military budget in the US is one trillion per year. If we used 1% of that - 10 billion dollars, to promote the various alternatives to war mentioned in this video, we could create MUCH more safety for MUCH less expense.

1% - how hard would this be?

But 10 billion dollars,,, so much good could be done!!

This idea, that relationship is the most reliable resource for security in the world today is a radical perspective.

If we want to embed this into our culture, we have to start talking about it, in forums, blogs, coffee shops, at airports, and with our friends.
