jQuery UI Tooltip - Default functionality

What can I do?

The problem is real. Our government needs to be more aggressive about this problem. What more can I do that I am not already doing? (I now conserve water, drive a Prius, have tried to get solar on top of our condo, compost, recycle.)

I believe we need to understand that everything we do is adding up, either positively or negatively, toward our future as a humanity.

You are already doing what you should.
